The journalist announced her incorporation into party politics through her social networks. «I decided to get involved in the political debates, no longer just by informing,» she said.
The libertarian continues to add the lockers for the PASO on August 13. Last Tuesday he announced that Carolina Píparo will be his pre-candidate for governor of Buenos Aires.
Journalist Marcela Pagano will be a pre-candidate for national deputy for La Libertad Avanza, a space led by presidentialist Javier Milei. He will occupy the second place on the list for the Province of Buenos Aires, behind Alberto «Bertie» Benegas Lynch.
«Marcela is a wonderful person. She is honest, educated and has shown that she has conviction and courage. It is a pride that he joins La Libertad Avanza on the list of national deputies for the province,» Milei explained.
«We want to govern Argentina to materialize the ideas of freedom. And Marcela is a symbol of it, since she chose to defend her ideas and thoughts, even if it has cost her her work,» she added.
In a letter, Pagano stated that Milei created a space that – in his words – allows those who feel «disappointed with the dominant parties, to get involved in generating proposals and changes that reach the people.»
In that line, he added: «In order for Argentines to live better, you need a political leader who does not want to have them as clients or hostages. That’s why I love and choose Javier, a tireless fighter who will give people back their freedom of action and decision.»

The former referent of economic journalism also assured that she will work «in a political space where there are real people and not an elite that does not know what the majority of Argentines suffer.»
The libertarian comes from presenting Carolina Píparo as a pre-candidate for the Government of Buenos Aires, after the mayor of Chivilcoy, Guillmero Britos, rejected the offer made by Milei to compete for Dardo Rocha’s chair.
